Papers everywhere made work on research projects and papers inefficient. The office was small and there was little room to work with so many cabinets in the office.

We went through papers in all file drawers. The result was that we filled several recycle bin containers and were able to remove 2 file cabinets and one metal closet. We organized by topic remaining papers and supplies in the remaining file cabinets. Rearranging the furniture resulted in more usable space. The client will now decorate the room with hangings. A few file drawers are empty so that projects in progress can be stored when not being worked on. This should make it easy to maintain the new system.
Client realized that she was unhappy because her small space was overrun with scrapbook supplies.
