Julia Marlowe offers time management consultation to help you achieve the most important goals for your life. I can also provide financial management consultation for budgeting and credit counseling to help you get your finances under control so that you can spend your money on what is most important to you.

Julia Marlowe has a Ph.D. in consumer economics, has taught financial management, and developed a unique budget system for limited incomes, The Budget Box, (used by the Georgia Cooperative Extension Service). Her master's thesis was an investigation of Consumer Credit Counseling clients and her doctoral dissertation was an investigation of household time use.
